The Book of Enoch, found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, is not currently regarded as part of the Scripture Canon and is asserted by Western Scholars to date from about 300 BC (BCE). Also known as the book of the Watchers it is often quoted by Ancient Astronaut Theorists as proof of extraterrestrial visitation in ancient times.

The first section of the Book of Enoch tells of the fall of the angles who fathered the Nephilim, and the Watchers, with the remainder talking of Enoch’s visit to Heaven.
